Local & Co. dishes up approachable food with transparency in dining. We showcase ingredients sourced from local and regional farms, producers and wild foragers. Our menu is determined by what our farmers have available at the time and what our chefs have managed to gather and preserve in house through the seasons. We recognize sustainability and the health of our oceans, soils and the importance of our food communities and growing local economy in everything we do. We hope you will too.
