THE Caribbean cocktail we all know and love, ours is the classic recipe sweet, sour with a touch of bitters and sprinkling of nutmeg (we obviously make the best)

The perfect Premium rum drink using Mount Gay XO, rum sour and a touch of sweet. Ask for our seasonal Farm to Table flavors, such as Jamun, Soursop & Tamarind

Dirty Local  28

We love a good Dirty Martini here, but as olives don’t grow in the Caribbean we make it with our brined in house foraged Sea Purslane. Try it! 

Bajan Mai Tai  27

Mai Tai  was created around the ‘40’s as part of the Tiki bar culture that was so beloved, it was a blend of the Polynesian and the Caribbean cocktail culture. The combination of lime juice and Caribbean rum laced with Falernum liqueur creates this uniquely Bajan version.

The Local OG  27

The is the simplest and original way to drink Rum, pure Coconut water from Walkers Nature reserve and Doorly’s 12 year on ice. Makes you happy and hydrates you at the same time 

Watermelon Daiquiri  26

First recording of the Daiquiri was we know it was in Cuba Circa. 1890’s, it was a favourite of Hemingway & helped him with his writing on many a balmy Caribbean evening. This is our Doorly’s 3 year version. It has freshness from the watermelon & a touch of herbal tones with Chadon Beni. It’s been a bestseller since we opened.

Tamarind Ball

- Tequila or Rum  28

Four Square Spiced Rum is used in this forged tamarind cocktail. House made Scotch bonnet liqueur using Doorly’s 3 year and the iconic Bajan Kola Tonic is added to create a cocktail reminiscent of everyone’s favourite sweet!

Local Zabana  27

Zabana comes from the Caribbean tribe of Tainos; it means “Leaf of banana”. We turn it into the ultimate grown up slushy with Doorly’s 3 year, homemade banana puree, coconut and aromatic bitters. Tropical and fancy, great replacement for a Pina Colada.

Queen Street Margarita  27

Our El Jimador Blanco Margarita is ultimately the classic way to make a Margarita, no sugar syrup (unless you ask for it), just freshly squeezed limes, Cointreau & agave based tequila, it’s lower in sugar than most & hits the spot perfectly.

Spicy Cucumber Margarita  27

The classic with a kick! El Jimador tequila, house made fresh cucumber juice, lime & scotch bonnet liquor & Cointreau. Great for beach drinking.

Coconut Margarita  27

Totally tropical take on the Margarita, it’s got all the vibes with El Jimador tequila, Coconut Milk and Lime

Paloma  27

Mexico’s national aperitif, the Paloma cocktail, is a simple tequila and grapefruit drink with a thirst-quenching, irresistible appeal.

Our signature Bloody Mary is a wicked combination of Stoli Vodka, Tomato juice, House Pickled Scotch Bonnet Vinegar, ‘Lickrish’ salt and Worcestershire sauce. Fantastic way to start your day.

Dark and Stormy  27

Mount Gay Black Barrel Rum makes this a fiery & reviving version of this classic cocktail. Merged with fresh lime and topped with our locally & exclusively made natural Ginger Beer. Request with Tequila to create a Mexican Mule and Vodka for a Moscow Mule.

Negroni-Rum or Classic  28

Negroni is usually the bartender’s favorite, its a strong, pure & simple drink for the connoisseur. Classically made with Gin, it’s also fantastic with Rum. 

Local Hurricane  28

This is like a hurricane coming at you. A fantastic combination of golden & white rum, lime, orange juice, passionfruit & Jamun berries from Walkers Nature Reserve. 

River Mama  27

This is the unique Caribbean Blue Light Gin that is distilled in Grenada, tinted with Blue Pea Flowers to make a stunning Gin & Tonic. Served simply with Fever Tree Tonic and herbs from our garden.
