crops, weather conditions & Chef’s mood. Our menus are designed to be shared tapas style, so we suggest mixing and matching small plates, crudo and salads to start & then picking your fave bigger plate as a main.

Did you know that “punch” means “five” in the language of Hindi? It’s because of the 5 basic ingredients of this favorite local classic. SWEET AND SOUR

Pineapple Boogie Down  28

Cocktails can mean many things to many people, this one is pure sunshine. It’s a light refreshing combination of Vodka, Pineapple, Passion Fruit, Aperol and Lime juice. Perfect to wind down after a long hard day in the tropics. TROPICAL

Bajan Mai Tai  27

Mai Tai  was created around the ‘40’s as part of the Tiki bar culture that was so beloved, it was a blend of the Polynesian and the Caribbean cocktail culture. It was a place where people could escape reality and be transported to the tropics while enjoying their drinks. The combination of  flavours like lime juice, curacao liqueur and Caribbean rum laced with Falernum liqueur to create this uniquely Bajan version. AROMATIC

Star Anise Infused Espresso Martini  24

While there are many variations on the espresso martini cocktail, you could say there’s one standard garnish: three espresso beans floating on top. Tradition holds that these three beans represent health, wealth and happiness. ROBUST

Watermelon Daiquiri  26

First recording of the Daiquiri was we know it was in Cuba Circa. 1890’s, it was a favourite of Hemingway & helped him with his writing on many a balmy Caribbean evening. This is our Doorly’s 3 year version. It has freshness from the watermelon & a touch of herbal tones with Chadon Beni. It’s been a bestseller since we opened. FRUITY

Tamarind Ball

Mount Gay Black Barrel Rum is the base for our spiced rum used in this forged tamarind cocktail. House made Scotch bonnet liqueur using Doorly’s 3 year and the iconic Bajan Kola Tonic is added to create a cocktail reminiscent of everyone’s favourite sweet! SOUR

Local Zabana   27

Zabana comes from the Caribbean tribe of Tainos; it means “Leaf of banana”. We turn it into the ultimate grown up slushy with Doorly’s 3 year, homemade banana puree, coconut and aromatic bitters. Tropical and fancy,  great replacement for a Pina Colada. TROPICAL

Tropicana   27

There’s no strict definition of tropical cocktail, but if there was this would be it!!  This combines Coconut, Pineapple, Foursquare Rum, Passionfruit & a touch of orange. All the heavy hitters that immediately bring a carefree beach vibe. TROPICAL

Dirty Local   26

A dirty Martini was a favourite in the prohibition era & early 1900’s. Strong, clean & savory. We wanted to include this classic, but without using imported olives, so we brine foraged Sea Purslane that we hand pick from the East Coast, this adds the perfect saline touch. Please let your server know if you would like Stoli Vodka or Whitley Neil Gin and ask for seasonal flavours like Passionfruit & Golden Apple. INTENSE

Queen Street Margarita   27

Our El Jimador Blanco Margarita is ultimately the classic way to make a Margarita, no sugar syrup (unless you ask for it), just freshly squeezed limes, Cointreau & agave based tequila, it’s lower in sugar than most & hits the spot perfectly. SOUR

Spicy Cucumber Margarita   27

The classic with a kick! El Jimador tequila, house made fresh cucumber juice, lime & scotch bonnet liquor, great for beach drinking. SPICY

Paloma   27

Mexico’s national aperitif, the Paloma cocktail, is a simple tequila and grapefruit drink with a thirst-quenching, irresistible appeal. Specifically, the Paloma is a stripped down Margarita made into a longer drink with grapefruit soda. REFRESHING

The Local Bloody Mary   27

Our signature Bloody Mary is a wicked combination of Chase Smoked Vodka, Tomato juice, House Pickled Scotch Bonnet Vinegar, ‘Lickrish’ salt and Worcestershire sauce. Fantastic way to start your day. AROMATIC

Jamun Clover   27

This is our twisted Clover Club. It’s a combination of jasmine floral notes, foraged jamun berries and citrus. The sorrel infused foam gives a dramatic & smooth finish to this signature drink with Whitley Neil Gin & Orange Bitters. FLORAL

Dark and Stormy   27

Mount Gay Black Barrel Rum makes this a fiery & reviving version of this classic cocktail. Merged with fresh lime, sugar syrup and topped with our locally & exclusively made natural Ginger Beer. Request with Tequila to create a Mexican Mule and Vodka for a Moscow Mule. INTENSE

Corn and Oil   24

Corn n’ oil is one of Barbados oldest cocktails, with the first recipe found dating back to 1911. The ‘Oil’ part comes from Blackstrap Rum, or an aged Rum like Doorly’s XO & Falernum offers the complexity & sweetness with a dash of bitters to compliment the flavours. INTENSE

Classic Champagne Cocktail   45

The classic Champagne Cocktail is about the oldest cocktail we know of very popular during prohibition, after the many forms Punch takes, and its modern recipes consist of aromatic bitters dashes over a sugar cube in the base of a flute or coupé, over which cognac, orange liqueur is poured and topped with champagne AROMATIC

Negroni

- Rum or Classic  28

The most widely reported version of this drink’s origin is that it was invented at Caffe Casoni in Florence, Italy in 1919. Legend tells that Count Camillo Negroni asked his friend, bartender Forsco Scarselli, to strengthen his favourite cocktail – the Americano – by replacing the soda water with gin. BITTER
